Applications are accepted with a $20 fee for a background check. Applicants have equal opportunity for fair housing due to an unbiased point system.
Our homes are non-smoking, no exceptions.
Most properties allow small pets with a $150 nonrefundable pet deposit. Tenants are responsible for damages that exceed the amount of the security deposit. We reserve the right to consider pets on an individual basis.
We provide annual leases and a discount on rent upon signing for another year!
